To ensure you always get the best deal, we regularly review our prices against competitors. If you find a comparable rental at a better price, let us know! We’ll assess the offer, compare the level of service, and do our best to match or beat it. More than just price, we’re dedicated to giving you a seamless, stress-free experience from start to finish.

Unlike many competitors, KG Bounce includes all associated fees in our base price. The price displayed on our website covers all costs due at the time of delivery and setup, excluding any deposits. In contrast, most competitors charge additional fees for delivery, setup, teardown, breakdown, and payment processing. When comparing quotes, please ensure these costs are included.

To qualify for a price match, competitors must:

  • Be a licensed business within a 30-mile radius of our office.

  • Have an active website or Facebook page.

  • Be in good standing with the State Corporate Commission.

  • Maintain full insurance coverage.

Please allow up to 24 hours for our team to review and verify submissions. We reserve the right to decline any price match request at our discretion.

Best Price Guarantee (BPG) Terms & Conditions


At KG Bounce, our Best Price Guarantee (BPG) allows us to remain competitive by monitoring retail trends among local competitors within a 30-mile radius of our office. All price match requests must be submitted and approved by management prior to booking a reservation. KG Bounce will review all submissions within 24 hours; however, incomplete or missing information may result in processing delays. Please note that the BPG program does not apply to completed rentals.


How to Qualify for Our BPG Program


To take advantage of our Best Price Guarantee, please complete the designated form and include:

  • A direct link to the competitor’s item or quote, or

  • An uploaded copy of the competitor’s quote.


For a competitor to qualify under our BPG program, they must:

  • Operate within a 30-mile radius of our warehouse.

  • Maintain an active website and/or Facebook page showcasing their inventory and pricing.

  • Be in good standing with the State Corporation Commission.

  • Possess the necessary licensing and insurance for their operating area(s).


We do not honor price match requests from:

  • Facebook Marketplace listings.

  • Competitors who do not comply with Virginia Amusement Device Regulations.​

  • Handwritten quotes or estimates.

  • Events located outside of our included delivery area.


Understanding KG Bounce’s All-Inclusive Pricing
 

Most competitors do not provide all-inclusive pricing like KG Bounce. All submitted quotes must reflect the total cost, including delivery and any additional fees charged to the customer (such as payment convenience fees).


Our all-inclusive pricing covers:

✅ Teardown
✅ Pickup


Unlike some competitors, KG Bounce does not charge additional surcharges for credit card payments.


Delivery areas included in our standard pricing:
King George, Dahlgren, Colonial Beach, Montross, Dunnsville, Tappahannock, Bowling Green, Ruther Glen, Locust Grove, Spotsylvania, Fredericksburg, and Stafford.


For locations outside these areas, additional delivery charges may apply. For a delivery quote please call 1-800-689-7130.


Program Modifications & Limitations


KG Bounce reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Best Price Guarantee program at any time, with or without prior notice. Additionally, we reserve the right to decline any price match request at our discretion.
